Damiano Collection® is an Artisan made loungewear and natural beauty accessories brand that promotes authentic living, comfort, and wellbeing within the lives of modern women.

The collection was founded in 2015 by Designer and Lead Artisan, Alexandra Damiano. She is constantly inspired by her Mediterranean roots, traveling often to visit family in Greece and reconnect with the values of Mediterranean living.

All items in our shop are handmade in small batches or made-to-order. We believe in the concept of slow living and taking time to create exceptional items that align with natural living and quality over quantity. We hope you find a few items that fit your lifestyle!

The Artisan

Alexandra Damiano has studied fashion design on a global scale in New York, Philadelphia, Milan and Paris. The daughter of Greek-Italian Americans, Alexandra grew up around entrepreneurs and discovered her passion for sewing by watching her Pappou work in his Tailoring shop. In late 2015 she left a full time Patternmaking job to begin her namesake brand, Damiano Collection. Inspired by her heritage and desire to live a more natural Mediterranean lifestyle, she travels often to Greece for new design ideas and perspectives.

Behind The Brand

Damiano Collection is a natural-fabrics brand inspired by Mediterranean living and the concept of quality over quantity. Each item is made in small batches or made fresh at the time of each order to avoid overstock and reduce unnecessary production footprints. Fabric is sourced from small family run vendors who have relationships with the finest fabric mills in Asia and Europe. Short term trends are rejected in favor of timeless styles made in premium natural fabrics.

Global Mindset

The collection is handmade in our studio located in Lancaster, PA, USA. We have partners in Barcelona who organize our photoshoots for new styles, keeping in touch with the Mediterranean aesthetic. Customers can have their items shipped anywhere in the world, from Canada to Europe and Australia.
